Your Licensing Agreement
In order to use your copy of MoreTwitters you must first read and accept the terms of this license.
1. What You Can Do Under This license
1.1 Subject to the terms and conditions of this license, MoreTwitters will grant you a limited license which is non-exclusive and personal to you only, to install and use MoreTwitters.
1.2 Under the terms of this license you are allowed to install MoreTwitters on any server which is leased, rented or owned by yourself or your company only.
1.3 Unless it has been stated otherwise, any upgrades etc to MoreTwitters will also be subject to the terms of this license.
2. What You Can't Do Under This license
You agree not to:-
2.1 Use MoreTwitters for any type of harmful use or spam on twitter.com. You agree to obey twitter.com terms and service as posted on twitter.com.
2.2 Use MoreTwitters to submit any type of illegal content, or information.
2.3 Transmit, access or communicate information to members of any sites you build with MoreTwitters who access your sites which you don't have a legal right to under any law pertaining to your own individual country (and others).
2.4 Use your membership site to transmit, access or communicate any information that infringes on any other person's or company's copyright, patent, trademark, trade secret, or other proprietary rights.
2.5 Interfere with or try to disrupt the source code to MoreTwitters
2.6 Remove any proprietary notices from MoreTwitters or interfere with their copyright.
2.7 Except as expressly permitted by the owners of MoreTwitters this license also prohibits you from reverse engineering, de-compiling, disassembling, altering, duplicating, modifying, renting, leasing loaning, sublicensing, making copies, creating derivative works from, distributing or providing others with the script in whole or part, or otherwise transmitting the script over any network.
